"Fitness" is Only The Beginning...


"This is so much more than "Fitness....."

I can't tell you how many times I've heard this from clients. "More than fitness."

Everyday, our clients explain how they've gained more freedom, happiness, confidence, stress relief, and more...

Which is why at Premier Fitness, although we offer the best exercise programs around, I've made "more than fitness" our number one priority.

Our goal is to help you unlock your full potential, and work toward becoming everything you were meant to be. Fitness is only a part of the equation.

Most people come in telling us they want to lose weight, have toned arms, and flat(ish) abs. But there is a huge problem here....

Although you can achieve all of those goals, they are pretty superficial. Meaning the amount of work it takes to achieve toned arms, flat abs, and a number on the scale, probably won't be worth it.... (stay with me for a second).

Our clients don't measure their worth by the scale. They don't get caught up in staring at themselves, and judging their bodies each day. (At least not the ones who have trained with us long enough.)

Instead, we help our clients focus on accomplishing their most important goals, and desires.

Goals such as:

-Improving Confidence

-Gaining Energy

-Moving Better

-Feeling Better

-Living without limits

The best way to sum it up is, working toward being happy with yourself by becoming the best version of you!

That is a goal worth working towards. So on days when you don't feel like doing anything, you are much more likely to push through, and do it anyways. Because it's more important than a number on the scale.

However, it's not enough to stop at goal setting.

Once you have discovered your goal, and how "fitness" will help you get there, we help you discover your purpose.

We believe that life is far too valuable for anyone to go through another day with a "just get by," mentality. We want to help you find your fire, your passion for life, your purpose!

This is where you will discover the priority of working towards your goals.

Think of a few of your goals again....

Why are those things important?

Maybe your purpose is:

-to be around longer for your kids, and family members.

-live without physical limitations.

-do more for your loved ones.

-help inspire others by showing the world anything is possible.

Maybe you want to simply look yourself in the mirror and smile. You want to become someone your loved ones will be proud of. Someone your kids can look up to. Someone who will be remembered for the impact you had on the world.

These are the goals we help you accomplish.

You begin to do these things by shifting your focus to the process of creating daily habits, and actions that lead to developing the best you. You learn how to start each day with positivity, and focus on solutions rather than problems.

And somehow, "fitness" is actually a big part of this equation. When you start working out again, you find that you will have:

-More energy

-More mental clarity

-A better mood (endorphins are real!)

-Less Stress

We could go on and on, but to sum it up, you will be in a much better state physically and mentally. Fitness will become an outlet. Your workouts will become "you time." To challenge yourself, relieve stress, and become a little bit better.

You will become apart of a community. A community that accepts you, supports you, and helps you keep going.

You will be able to accomplish much more, and actually LIVE life, not just survive.
